Privacy policy

A clear framework for every engagement.

Scope, responsibilities, deliverables and limits are confirmed before work begins.

01

Data collected

Identity, contact details, company, requested service, message, source, technical anti-abuse data and any information you choose to share. A hashed technical identifier used to limit repeated submissions is detached during the technical purge once it is no longer needed.

02

Purpose and legal basis

Responding to your request and taking pre-contractual steps, managing follow-up with your consent, and protecting the service’s legitimate security interests.

03

Recipients

Authorised Good Opinion staff and the technical providers required to host, secure and operate the service.

04

Retention

Business enquiries are retained for up to 24 months after the last contact when no contract follows, unsuccessful mystery-shopper applications for up to 12 months and conversion events for up to 13 months.

05

Customer campaign data

Before any customer-contact campaign, the agreement defines the source, objective eligibility rule, roles, channel, security, retention and file deletion. The customer declares contact eligibility unless a documented verification is expressly included.

06

Your rights

Depending on the applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection by emailing Good Opinion.

07

International access

Where providers or authorised teams access data from another country, the appropriate contractual and organisational safeguards must be documented by the service operator.
